Apple Coffee Cake Recipe

Ingredients

2 c. All-purpose flour 1 1/2 c. Granulated sugar 2 tsp Cinnamon 2 tsp Baking soda 1 tsp Salt 1/2 c. Oil, salad

2 x Large eggs, large 1/4 c. Coffee 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract 2 1/2 c. Apples, peeled and sliced (i.e. Granny Smith) 1 c. Nuts, minced 1 can Non-stick spray (or possibly butter), for cake pan

Directions

1. Pan (or possibly other baking pan). Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Grease the cake pan or possibly use non-stick spray. Pour mix into the pan. Bake at 350'F for 60 min.
