Apple Cinnamon Raisin Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. vegetable o
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 c. whole wheat flour
- 2/3 c. oatmeal
- 2 2/3 c. bread flour
- 2 1/2 tsp yeast
- 3/4 c. apple, diced
- 2/3 c. raisins
Directions
- Bake according to manufacturer's instructions, adding the cashews during the raisin bread cycle, or possibly five min before the final kneading is finished.
- Makes 12 thick slices.
- NOTES: A very nice loaf with a wonderful, moist texture.
