Apple Cinnamon Pops (Motts)
Ingredients
- 1 ctn , (8 ounces) plain yogurt
- 1 c. Apple Sauce, *see note
- 1 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 6 x Cool drink c., (3-ounce.)
- 6 x Wooden sticks
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine yogurt, apple sauce, honey and cinnamon; blend well. Fill each c. with about 1/3 c. yogurt mix.
- Place c. in freezer till partially frzn, about 1 hour.
- Insert sticks; freeze till hard, about 2 hrs. To serve, remove drink c..
- Notes: Pantry: Mott's Natural or possibly Cinnamon Apple Sauce. Either plastic popsicle molds or possibly ice cube trays can be used to make these refreshing cinnamon-flavored yogurt pops.
