Apple Cinnamon Couscous
- 1 c. Apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. Dry apples, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Raisins
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, or possibly to taste
- 1/2 c. Couscous
- Put apple juice, dry apple, raisins and cinnamon in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil. Stir in couscous, cover, and remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Fluff couscous with a fork and serve.
- NOTES : Other juices and/or possibly dry fruit could be used instead of apples and raisins.
