Ingredients

  • 8 ounce lowfat sour cream
  • 8 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 4 ounce green chilies, liquid removed
  • 4 ounce minced black olives, liquid removed
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. minced onion Garlic pwdr to taste Seasoned salt to taste
  • 5 x 10 inch flour tortillas

Directions

  1. Mix first 8 ingredients. Divide filling and spread proportionately over tortillas; roll up tortillas. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, twisting ends. Chill for several hrs. Unwrap; cut in slices 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick. Serve with salsa.
