    Ingredients

    • 2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 3/4 cup margarine, melted
    • 1/3 cup powder sugatr
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1 cup Oreo cookies, mint filling, ground
    • 1/2 cup Andes baking chips
    • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (15 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 tsp. lemon juice
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup Oreo cookies, mint filling, ground
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
    • 1/2 cup Andes baking chips

    Directions

    1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, sugar, salt, cookies & baking chips together.
    2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
    3. Cool completely.
    4. Filling: Beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, eggs, cookies and vanilla extract until blended. Spread over crust.
    5. Topping: Mix cool whip and baking chips. Spread over filling layer.
    6. Decorate.
