Andes Chip Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup powder sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookies, ground
- 1/2 cup Andes mint chips
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1/2 cup Andes baking chips
Directions
- Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar, salt and cookies, ground together.
- Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Place Andes baking chips over the batter, Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Cool completely,
- Filling: Beat cream cheese, butter, peppermint extract and green food coloring.
- Spread over the crust.
- Mix cool whip and Andes baking chips together.
- Spread over the filling layer.
- Decorate.
