  • Anchylus' Green Bean Corn Casserole

    Ingredients

    • 1 can French-style green beans, (12-ounce.)
    • 1 can white whole kernel corn, (10-ounce.)
    • 1 can Campbell's cream of celery soup, (10-ounce.)
    • 4 ounce lowfat sour cream
    • 6 ounce mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 24 x saltine crackers, crumbled
    • 1 med casserole dish

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drain water off the beans and corn. Proportionately line the bottom of the casserole dish with green beans. Mix corn, celery soup, and lowfat sour cream together in a bowl and spread proportionately on top of the green beans. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top of mix. Put crumbled crackers on top of the Cheddar cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 min.
    2. Makes 4 servings.
