    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 c. Graham cracker crumbs
    • 1/3 c. Soft margarine, melted
    • 1/2 c. Minced nuts
    • 250 gm Cream cheese, softened
    • 1 pkt Vanilla instant pudding, 4 serving size
    • 2 c. Lowfat milk
    • 284 ml Canned clementines, liquid removed
    • 200 gm Coconut, flaked
    • 2 c. Dream whip dessert topping, prepared

    Directions

    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Combine together first 3 ingredients. Press firmly into 13"x9" pan. Bake for 5 mins. Cold.
    2. Beat cream cheese till smooth. Stir in pudding mix. Gradually add in lowfat milk; beat slowly till well blended. Mix in clementines and 2 c. toasted coconut. Spoon mix over baked crust. Spread Dream whip proportionately over pudding mix.
    3. Sprinkle with remaining toasted coconut. Refrigeratefor 3 hrs. Garnish with extra clementines if you like
