    Ingredients

    • 1 c. Butter melted
    • 1 c. Light brown sugar
    • 2 c. Flour
    • 4 x Large eggs slightly beaten
    • 2 c. Pecans minced
    • 1/4 c. Flour
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 3 c. Dark brown sugar
    • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
    • 1 can Coconut Powdered sugar

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix the butter, 2 c. flour and light brown sugar. Spread proportionately in a 9x13" pan. Bake for 15 min. Remove from oven and cold. Lower the oven temperature to 325. Mix the filling ingredients together, except the powdered sugar. Spread over the crust.
    2. Bake for 40 min till the mix is hard. Sprinkle the top with powdered sugar while it is still hot. Cold . Cut into 48 squares. Freezes well.
