- 8 ounce wholemeal scones
- 2 ounce grnd almonds
- 2 ounce margarine
- 2 tsp baking pwdr Soya lowfat milk to mix
- Place the flour in a bowl and rub in the margarine. Add in the grnd almonds and baking pwdr, then make into a stiff dough with soya lowfat milk. Roll out on a floured board and cut into rounds. Place on a greased, floured baking sheet and bake at 425F, gas 7 for about 15 min.
