Almond Rice Pilaf With Artichoke Hearts
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Chicken Rice-a-Roni
- 1 jar marinated artichoke hearts, (12 ounce)
- 1 c. Mayonnaise
- 1 x Minced green bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Curry pwdr - or possibly more to taste Green onions Green olives
Directions
- Prepare rice-a-roni as directed on package. Add in diced peppers, onions, olives, and artichoke hearts. Stir in mayo, curry and chill. Even better the next day! I sometimes make a main dish out of this by adding shrimp or possibly turkey.
