Almond Jello (Chinese Gelatin Dessert)
Ingredients
- 1 pkt Knox gelatin
- 1 cup. Water
- 1 cup. Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Almond extract
- 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
Directions
- Boil the water and dissolve the gelatin.
- Add in lowfat milk and stir.
- Throw in almond extract (I pour in 1T, then I pour in a little extra). Stir. (Add in the sugar earlier with the gelatin)
- Gel in a square pan in the refrigerator.
- When gelled, cut into squares.
- I serve it with fruit cocktail.
