Almond Coated Potato Wedges

- 2 Russet Potatoes (Rinsed) cut into wedges
- 1/2 stick sweet cream butter (melted)
- 1 cup Crushed Almonds
- Serve with a ramekin of Ketchup
Directions
- Pre Heat Oven 400 F
- Add each potato wedge in melted butter, place crushed almonds on a plate and coat each wedge, place on a non stick rimmed baking sheet pan, repeat until each potato wedge is coated and lined in a single layer on baking sheet pan
- Bake 14 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned
- Serve with a ramekin of Ketchup
- Enjoy!
