    Ingredients

    • 2 Russet Potatoes (Rinsed) cut into wedges
    • 1/2 stick sweet cream butter (melted)
    • 1 cup Crushed Almonds
    • Serve with a ramekin of Ketchup

    Directions

    1. Pre Heat Oven 400 F
    2. Add each potato wedge in melted butter, place crushed almonds on a plate and coat each wedge, place on a non stick rimmed baking sheet pan, repeat until each potato wedge is coated and lined in a single layer on baking sheet pan
    3. Bake 14 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned
    4. Serve with a ramekin of Ketchup
    5. Enjoy!
