Ingredients

  • 1 cup ale
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup spicy tomato juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients
  2. Place steak in a ziploc bag and marinate, turning to coat
  3. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally
  4. Makes enough to marinate 2 - 2 1/2 lb meat
