Albuquerque Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 c. diced onions - (5 ounce) sauteed 3 c. canned refried beans - (24 ounce) 1/4 c. prepared barbecue sauce

2 Tbsp. prepared mayonnaise 1/4 c. Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce

Directions

1. Combine the onions, beans, barbecue sauce, mayonnaise and Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Puree mix in a food processor till smooth. Chill till needed.
2. This recipe yields 1 qt.
3. Comments: Great for dipping chips, topping on nachos or possibly filling burritos.
4. Yield: 1 qt
