Adobo Chicken
This is my variation of a popular Filipino dish. Most people fry it and dry. I like it with more juices. This is easy to make. Serve this dish with steamed white rice. It taste better the next day. Ingredients
- 6-8 pieces of skinless chicken thighs or drumsticks
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 cup water
- 6-8 pieces of garlic
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 bay leaves
Directions
- Put all the ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer for 45 minutes.
