    Planning and freezing makes you a super mom...cut to the desired size and refreeze the rest

    Ingredients

    • 1 kg viennna sausages
    • 2 pkts frozen rolls of flaky pie crust
    • Mustard, sweet and mild
    • Paprika / cayene pepper( just a little bit)
    • Egg wash
    • Sesame seeds

    Directions

    1. Unroll thawed pie crust and place between two plastic sheets
    2. Using a rolling pin, roll it a little thinner
    3. Spread the dough liberally with the mustard
    4. Place the viennas in a continuous line about 3cm from the edge
    5. Start rolling the dough carefully until it just covers he viennas
    6. With a pizza cutter, cut a straight line to seperate the roll
    7. Carefully lift the roll on your greased baking sheet
    8. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, take care to place these rolls far apart
    9. Cut the rolls at regular intervals to the size you choose
    10. Brush the egg wash and sprinkle the sesame seeds, not too much, though
    11. Bake in the preheated oven 200*C for 15 minutes until golden brown
    12. Allow to cool for only two minutes before transferring the rolls to the serving plate
    13. Reserve the spilled seeds for the muesli breakfast
