A J Bump's Carrot Casserole
Ingredients
- 3# carrots, peeled
- 2 large onions, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 cubes butter
- 3 tbs flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 10 saltines, crumbled
Directions
- preheat oven to 350%
- steam carrots, mash
- saute onios in 1-1/4 cubes butter
- pour onions and milk into carrots and mix in the flour
- sprinkle saltines on top
- melt remaining 1/4 cube butter and drizzle on casserole
- bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
