Ingredients

  • 1 x 40 ounce can Rosarita Traditional Refried Beans
  • 2 c. guacamole
  • 1 c. light lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. minced tomato
  • 1/2 c. green onion minced
  • 1 x 2 1/4 ounce can sliced black olives
  • tortilla chips

Directions

  1. On a 12-inch platter, spread beans proportionately to edge. Layer remaining ingredients except chips in order, leaving about a 1/2-inch border of each layer exposed.
  2. Cover and refrigeratetill ready to serve.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips.
  4. Yield: 1 qt
