5 Minute Chocolate Frosting
Ingredients
- 6 T butter
- 1/2 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 2 2/3 c. sugar
- 4 to 5 T lowfat milk
- 1 T vanilla
Directions
- Cream butter till softened in small mixing bowl. Add in cocoa, blend well. Gradually add in sugar alternately with lowfat milk and vanilla; beat to spreading consistency. Spread frosting onto dessert with spatula. Makes about 2 cups frosting sufficient to frost 2 1/2 dozen cupcakes or possibly an 8 or possibly 9 inch cake.
