Ingredients

  • 2 can Butter beans, (15 ounce.)
  • 1 can Green limas, (15 ounce.)
  • 1 can Red kidney beans, (15 ounce.)
  • 1 can Baked beans, (27 ounce.)
  • 8 slc Bacon
  • 4 lrg Onions, sliced
  • 1/2 c. Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Brown sugar, (1/2 to 1)
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr

Directions

  1. Fry bacon till crisp and remove from skillet. Saute/fry onions in bacon fat.
  2. Add in vinegar, salt, sugar, mustard and garlic pwdr. Cover and cook 20 min. Drain butter beans, green limas and kidney beans. Combine all beans and pour onion mix over. Mix gently. Sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees uncovered.
