    Ingredients

    • 2 x Large eggs, well beaten
    • 1/4 c. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
    • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
    • 1 dsh Salt
    • 3 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
    • 1 c. Heavy cream, whipped
    • 2 c. Miniature marshmallows
    • 2 c. Diced pineapple, liquid removed
    • 2 c. Pitted white cherries, liquid removed
    • 1/2 c. Diced oranges
    • 1 c. Halved and seeded grapes
    • 1/4 c. Minced blanched almonds

    Directions

    1. Combine Large eggs, lemon juice, sugar, and salt and cook over low heat till thick. Add in butter and cold. Fold cream into cooled mix. Combine this mix lightly with marshmallows, well liquid removed fruits, and nuts. Refrigerate24 hrs so the delicate flavors will blend.
    2. Yield: 12 servings.
