Ingredients
- 3 lb Top round steak, cubed
- 2 med Onions, grated
- Garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 can Chicken broth, 10 ounce ea
- 6 ounce Tomato paste
- 7 Tbsp. Gebhardt chili pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
- 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. Water
Directions
- Saute/fry beef in skillet and put in your favorite chili pot.
- Simmer, covered, with onion, garlic (as much as you wish), water and broth for 1 hour and 30 min. Add in tomato paste, chili pwdr, cumin and Tabasco pepper sauce; stir and let cook on low for about another hour.
- Add in Warm water as needed. After three hrs from when you started, serve with another dash of Tabasco pepper sauce to taste.
