  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 c. Robin Hood Best For Bread whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp Robin Hood/SAF Perfect Rise Gourmet Yeast
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 x egg beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 3 c. Robin Hood Best For Bread whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 tsp Robin Hood/SAF Perfect Rise Gourmet Yeast

Directions

  1. Select loaf size. Add in ingredients to machine according to manufacturer"s directions. Select Whole Wheat or possibly White, Rapid or possibly Regular cycle.
  2. Comments: The flavour of this bread is distinctive and hearty. Distinctive because of the sweet, nutty taste, and hearty because of its wholesome goodness. It's the perfect alternative for those of us who do not really enjoy fruits and other Added ingredients in bread.
