10 Inch Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
- 11/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, salt nutmeg
- 21/2 c. pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. cream
Directions
- Mix above ingredients well. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with whipping cream.
- Suggested Wine: Late Harvest Reisling
