Ingredients

  • 1 lb Blue Crab, fresh or possibly frzn
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Tarragon Vinegar

Directions

  1. Thaw frzn crab meat.
  2. Drain crab meat.
  3. Remove any remaining shell or possibly cartilage.
  4. Place crab meat in a shallow 1-qt casserole.
  5. Combine butter and vinegar. Pour over crab meat. Mix lightly.
  6. Broil about 4" from source of heat for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned.
