About me

I am a 68 year old male who has been happily retired for the past 6 years. I spend my time relaxing, watching sports and digging through old recipes, adding new ones and experimenting with adaptations to those. I search for and work on both healthy and not so healthy recipes. It is challenging and greatly rewarding when I come upon the results. I am pretty much a self-taught cook, enjoy it immensely. i believe it to be just a trait I was born with if that is possible,. My father was a mess sergeant in the US Army during WW II so I learned some from him as well.
