About me

I'm a mom, happily married wife, and self proclaimed foodie; a Floridian by way of Philadelphia.

Being raised by an Italian mother, cooking began at a very young age for me. Foods of the spicy variety, with a bit of heat are my favorites; Italian [of course], most Latin American, Cajun, and Creole.

I spend most of my free time in the kitchen and on the computer. Since discovering blogging, those two things have worked well together!
