About me

Owner of Bueno Taco food truck, private catering and personal chef in Hamilton, NY. Originally from San Diego, CA. I have lived and worked on the Big Island of Hawaii, Kodiak Alaska, and the redwoods of Northern California, before relocating to central NY.

Cooking Influences

My influences are mixed, my food truck is Mexican, but I occasionally add Argentinian, Chilean and Peruvian sauces and dishes. I also enjoy cooking Thai food, Vietnamese, Chinese, polynesian and Italian cuisine. I am comfortable creating raw and vegan dishes as well.
