About me

I am a retired and now have a lot of time to pursue my interest, ie cooking and doing Yoga. During my working life I have no time for the above two interests. I am hopeless in cooking but do have then desire to learn and cook for my family after many years of eating out and takeaway.

Cooking Influences

I now watch cooking shows in the television and have tried a few sucessfully. I like specially to follow receipe from the progams in AFC such as "Sugar", Chef at Home and some chinese cook show/.
