About me

I have been married for 57 years. I am now 86 years old but very active. We had three children, 2 boys & 1 girl. I have had extensive cooking experience throughout my life, having cooked, managed, and created menus for family, friends and restaurants. My wife and I share in preparing meals, but I am more experimental and come up with many different recipes. I am of Italian decent, and therefore am partial to Italian foods.I am also into canning of foods and each year preserving ( canning) a great variety including my own Spaghetti Sauce. I hope to share more of my recipes with all of you. Check out some of recipes here. Most recipes are original and some revised by family members. Lets exchange recipes!

John. I enjoy making the Salisbury Steak recipe. It is excellent and hearty. Also my spaghetti. sauce is great. For desert, try the banana nut bread. When I make spaghetti sauce, I like to make homemade pasta, from gnocchi to long noodles. I would be honored for you to review any of my recipes, but I really like the Salisbury steak recipe.
