I love food.

Cooking Influences

The greatest influence upon me was my grandmother, Eva M. Koehler of Lititz. Also influencing my cooking ventures were my sister Jann and our mother.
We have also traveled a lot during my career in the military and during the seven years that we lived in a 35 foot motorhome wherever we wanted to. Other influences have been from our visits to Germany, Greece, Spain and the two years that we lived in Turkey.

    I have found that anytime you have leftover roast beef, pork, chicken (never tried fish) the meats can be chopped fine and used. It is an excellent way to use up odds & ends. Also, if you have leftover mashed potatoes or any leftover potatoes, incorporated them into the topping of potatoes. Use your imagination!
