My interests include cooking, baking, developing recipes, traveling, trying new restaurants, photography, writing, and event planning.
Greg and I work full time and also are the first known producer of authentic Vino Cotto (Cooked Wine Syrup) in the US, proudly supporting US grape growers, suppliers, their workers and families. We follow the Montillo's 4th generation recipe from Montepaone, Italy in Calabria, which is Greg's hometown. I really enjoy preparing new and enhancing classic Italian dishes using our vino cotto.
