About me
I am a personal/private chef from France (Nancy, Eastern part) where I grew up. My parents emigrated from Italy with my grandparents so my cuisine is an influence of Italy and France but also a mixture of Mediterranean flavors, always focusing on health and nutrition. I am currently living in San Francisco where I truly enjoy the diversity of its population and its multi-cultural cuisines (and also availability of so many kinds of imported products and exotic specialties).
