Raised in sunny Florida, still reside in sunny Florida. Florida is a lifestyle. I cook often using Citrus (I grow on our property). I adore salads, smoothies, main course meals that are family oriented. We love fresh veggies and use many daily. A plethora of Seafood is available daily here and we love Seafood! Avid lover of all water sports, the Atlantic Ocean, indigenous plants and flowers. I have a large garden, herbs, citrus, coconuts, bananas growing as well.

Cooking Influences
At the tender age of twelve I worked with my Father in his Restaurant in sunny Florida. All was not glory I began peeling 50 pound sacks of potatoes! I moved along under his tutelage to the grill top, then to the steam table. Ah, I was gaining momentum. My Uncle Roger (Father's oldest brother) recruited me to also work in his Restaurant across town. While under both of their guidance I learn, sauces, salads, desserts, meats, main course, lunch and breakfast, dinner fare. Both Chefs were sticklers for food safety, cleanliness, customer service, above all the freshest ingredients used each and every day. It is my pleasure to share recipes with YOU!
