About me

Wife, mother of 3 beautiful kids. I like to cook, camp and just be with my family. I also like to cook for friends and strangers! I believe food carries a special place in everyone's heart and if done right we can give joy, laughter and full bellies to just about anyone. That is my hope anyway!

Cooking Influences

My mother influenced me a great deal, yet, we have very different cooking styles. My Granni also had a huge influence, there was nothing better than watching her make homemade chicken-n-dumplings with a side of greens. And my husband and children of course who love to cook right along with me and love to eat even more!!
