Two Crust Pineapple Pie
Ingredients
- 1 lg. can pineapple, crushed
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Crust for two crust pie
Directions
- Mix first four ingredients together. Blend well. Pour into unbaked pie shell, cover with top crust. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 10 min, reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 35 min longer.
