Stuff mushrooms is a quick and healthy meal that satisfy Your hunger. Ingredients
- 3 Portabella or large button mushrooms cleaned and dry
- 1/2 Red,green,yellow peppers
- 1/2 cupRed or white onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2cup chopped Parsley
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 2 tea spoon White wine vinegar
- Cheese(optional)mozzerella
Directions
- In a sauce pan heat oil,then Add herbs vegetales salt pepper to desired taste Add vinegar let simmer for 8 minutes.set aside untill cool, season mushrooms with oil,salt pepper then Stuff with sauted vegetables place in oven for 20 mins at 200 degrees. Place on plates with a bit of salad and serve hot.
