    Ingredients

    • 2-lbs Beef Cubes
    • 1 Large White Onion
    • 4 Large Carrots
    • 1 Pkg Portabella Mushrooms
    • 1 Pkg Petite Red-Yellow Potatoes
    • 3 Cloves Fresh Garlic
    • 2 Tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    • 1-Pkg McCormick Hearty Beef Stew Seasoning Mix

    Directions

    1.
    Dice and press fresh garlic and place in saute pan with olive oil
    2.
    Medium dice onion and put aside
    3.
    Diagonally slice carrots and put aside
    4.
    Slice Mushrooms and put aside
    5.
    Cut potatoes in half or in cubes, or use whole
    6.
    Heat oil until garlic is blossomed
    7.
    Place all the vegetables in pan and saute on medium-high heat for about 5 minutes - season to taste
    8.
    Place beef and sauteed vegetables in slow cooker
    9.
    Mix seasoning and water (follow directions on seasoning package) until blended.
    10.
    Pour seasoning mix over beef and vegetables and toss to coat well.
    11.
    Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
