Puerto Rican Style Pork Rub
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. Cumin, grnd
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, fresh, rough minced
- 2 Tbsp. Black pepper, freshly cracked
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 2 Tbsp. White vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Yellow mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Use within two days of preparing.
- Rub pork butt with spice mix and smoke for 1 1/2 hrs per lb. at 240-250F.
