  • Marshmallow Creme Fudge

    Ingredients

    • One 11 ozbag lowfat milk chocolate chips
    • One c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 2 c. granulated sugar
    • 1 jar marshmallow creme
    • 1 can (5oz.) evaporated lowfat milk
    • 6 Tbs. butter
    • 2 tbs. corn syrup
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 3/4-1 c. minced walnuts or possibly pecans

    Directions

    1. Line 9 inch square pan with foil. Butter foil or possibly spray with Pam, and put aside.Put together sugar, syrup, lowfat milk, butter and put in a heavy saucepan, that has been buttered all the way to the top.
    2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till it reaches a full boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for 5 min, (no longer). Remove from heat; add in chocolate chips, (that have been warmed in the microwave), and vanilla.
    3. Stir in marshmallow creme and stir till smooth, and well blended. Pour into prepared pan, and cool for several hrs. Cut into squares.
