Mandarin Orange Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce.) lowfat sour cream
- 1 (12 ounce.) Cold Whip
- 1 lg. orange Jello
- 1 (16 ounce.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 lg. can mandarin oranges
- Minced nuts (opt.)
Directions
- Drain fruit till dry, at least a couple hrs. Mix together lowfat sour cream and Cold Whip. Fold in dry Jello; blend in good. Mix in fruit. Refrigerateovernight in refrigerator. (Add in minced nuts if you like.) Cut into squares to serve.
