Lump Crab Meat Toastettes

- 8 ounces Lump Crab Meat (Shredded)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon real mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 Slices French Bread
- Garnish Fresh Parsley
Directions
- In a mixing bowl add lump crab meat and using two forks shred crab meat, add all other ingredients stir to mix well.
- Spread crab meat on each bread slice and place on a rimmed non stick baking sheet pan in a single layer.
- Place into a 400 F oven and toast lightly (keep an eye on the bread!)
- Garnish fresh parsely
