    One of the most versitile Crab recipes loved by, almost, everyone that has tried it! Well, David doesn't count, he has an unbelievable seafood allergy and never tried it!!!

    Ingredients

    • Equal measure of:
    • Crab meat ( Immitation is acceptable if you are in a pinch)
    • Onion - Finely chopped
    • Jarlsburg Swiss - grated
    • To get it to stick:
    • Mayo (all mayo or a compbo of mayo, plain yogurt/sour cream)
    • To taste:
    • Pepper
    • Garlic
    • Herbs
    • Cayenne or red pepper flakes

    Directions

    1. In a large mising bowl:
    2. Shred the crab meat
    3. Finely chop the onion
    4. Grate the Cheese
    5. Sprinkle the Herbs and spices over the mixture
    6. Add mayo to the mixture so that it resembles a dry tuna salad.
    7. To serve cold: Refrigerate for one hour serve with crackers/pita
    8. To serve hot: Heat oven to 375
    9. scoop mixture into a pie/quiche pan
    10. bake until bubbly - 20-30 minutes
    11. I like to slice tomato and arrange over the top and sprinkle with seasoned breadcrumbs or Parmesean cheese
