Ham Rolls

- ¾ lb. ham, sliced
- ⅔ cup spinach, chopped
- ½ cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup swiss cheese, grated
- ½ cup Béchamel sauce
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp. paprika
- dash black pepper, ground
Directions
- Mix all but the ham and sauce, then spoon about two tablespoons of the mixture on top of each of eight slices of ham. Roll the ham with the spinach and cheese mixture inside, then cook, vented, for ten minutes with 650 watts.
- Heat the sauce with 950 watts for one minute, then pour it over the ham rolls.
