Green Bean And Corn Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 (15 ounce.) cans French style green beans, liquid removed
- 2 sm. cans white corn, liquid removed
- 1 sm. carton lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/2 stick melted butter
Directions
- In 2 qt baking dish place liquid removed green beans and white corn, liquid removed. Add in lowfat sour cream, soup, onions, celery and cheese. Crush 2 c. Ritz crackers and add in melted butter. Place this mix over casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min till brown and bubbly.
