Fruit Salad With Orange Liqueur And Sorbet
Ingredients
- 2 x fresh ripe peaches pitted, diced (or possibly 1 can whole peaches, liquid removed and diced)
- 1 x ripe Bartlett or possibly Anjou pear diced
- 1 pt ripe strawberries halved
- 2 x kiwis peeled, sliced
- 2 ounce orange liqueur (such as Grand Marnier)
- 1 pt orange or possibly strawberry sorbet
Directions
- Combine fruit in a bowl and douse with liqueur. Toss fruit with liqueur to combine.
- To serve, top dishes of fruit with scoops of sorbet.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
