Easy Cocoa Cake

- 1 1/2 Cups AP flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 C sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 5 T melted butter
- 1 C cold water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 T cider vinegar
Directions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Oil and flour a 9x9 pan, or 1.5 qt. casserole dish.
- Mix dry ingredients and wet ones seperately.
- Combine and pour into pan.
- Bake 25-35 minutes.
- Use toothpick test to determine doneness.
