Creamy Mashed Potato Bake
Ingredients
- 3 c. mashed potatoes
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
- 1 1/3 c. French's French-Fried Onions
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions
- 1. Combine mashed potatoes, lowfat sour cream, lowfat milk, and garlic pwdr.
- 2. Spoon half the mix into 2-qt casserole. Sprinkle with 2/3 c. French's French-Fried Onions and 1/2 c. of cheese. Top with remaining potato mix.
- 3. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees or possibly till warm. Top with remaining onions and cheese. Bake 5 min longer.
- TIP: Use leftover or possibly prepared instant mashed potatoes for 6 servings.
